At Apex MensWear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to return items, request refunds, and what conditions apply under UK consumer law.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days from the date you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to return the item(s).
2. Returns Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags still attached.

Items must be returned securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shipping costs are refundable only if the product is faulty or not as described.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
